Organotin compound, light yellow
liquid.
PL-320 is a concentrated
esterifying catalyst specially
used for producing plasticizers
with features of less adding
level, good resistance to
hydrolysis, good catalytic
activity, and excellent
dispersibility. The catalyst is
neutral and non-corrosive with
the reaction temperature of 210
to 240→.
PL-320 matches the nonacid
titanate catalyst in the
catalytic activity. If PL-320 is
used, no hydrolysate will be
produced during reaction, the
finish products do not reqiure
neutralization washing and steam
stripping, and wastewater would
not be produced. It does not
reqiure separation and does not
affect the quality of the finish
products. Thanks to its organic
tin composition, plasticizers
have the thermal stability
contributed to function while
being used for processing PVC.
