Necessity of using lipase:In the modern breeding industry,energy dominates everything, dominates breeding cost, dominates formula cost and dominates the growing performance for animals,so 50% feed cost is spent in improving the enery.But adding too much extra oil/fat lead to higher breeding cost and poor absopting&utilization.How to reduce the feed cost and improve energy utilization is becoming the most concerned thing for breeding industry.
Economic Benefit: Lenerzyme is now Leveking's flagship product for animal nutrition which can increase by10%-12% utilization & absorption of the crude fat.For example,if adding 200g lipase per ton feed aiming at 5% crude fat can optimize about 50Mcal -70Mcal energy which equals to save 5-7kg oil&fat per ton feed,also equals to save the cost us$ 6-us$8 per ton feed.
Our director, Mr. Wang Jianying is one of famous scientists on enzymes in China and our company is doing a range of National Projects especially a global unique patents on lipase coming out, together with R&D people who has a wealth of experience, our new Operations Manager who is responsible for the Production Department, Supply Chain and Sales Order Processing functions also has a wealth of experience in operational management and also expertise in Lean and driving continuous improvement.
