Sanwei Functional Soy Protein Concentrate(FSPC) is made from MON-GMO Soybean, produced by Israeli technique and advanced American equipment. under the strict quality system which are proved with ISO9001:2008 and HACCP certificates. The products belong to the new generation of functional food. By using a series of unique process, Sanwei FSPC has the high functional properties: high gelling, excellent emulsification, Solubility and water retention. It is widely used to replace SPI in Ham.
