Typical Properties
l It can be packed in 0.5g/1g/1.5g/5g/10g /30g syringe, 40 g box, 1 kg/2kg can. Any other package requirement is welcome.
l Thermal grease enables thinner bond lines thickness, further reducing thermal resistance. It results in high thermal conductivity.
l It can be painted by hand or by silk-screen printing.
l 60-80 mesh nylon silk is suggested.
