| Sodium sulfide Application Summaries
Our factory applied sodium sulfide instead of sodium sulfite in cross-linking agent DCP production. The results show that, the application of sodium sulfide has no effect on the cross-linking agent DCP, and greatly reduce the cost of production. 2. The reaction method and process of sodium sulfide, reducing agent, applies in Preparation of DCP.
The basic redox process is reaction between CHP and reducing agent for the preparation of intermediates a, a, Mesitylenic acid (molecular formula: C9H10O2) (CA). Using CHP as raw material, sodium sulfide as the reducing agent, reaction in aqueous solution is CA, the reaction equation:
C6H5C (CH3) 2OOH + Na2S C9H10O2 ? Na2SO4
conclusion:
By reducing agent, sodium sulfide, for cross-linking agent DCP production agent, there are a few prominent role:
1 less investment to reduce cost savings.
2. CHP could increase the amount of input, shorten the reaction time, improve production capacity.
