| MCC Will Develop Antimony & Tungsten Projects in Hunan Province |

| It is reported that China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC) is about to invest USD 20 million to explore the antimony & tungsten resources located in the middle part of Hunan Province.
MCC is going to build a tungsten carbide smelter in Anhua County, Hunan Province and will invest another RMB 150 million for the exploration of the local antimony resources.The exploration cycle is estimated in the year of 2008-2012.
The insiders revealed that Anhua county had permitted Hunan Metallurgical Group Corp. to take over Zhazixi Antimony Mine but the transaction price is still in secret at present. It is reported that the present available reserves of antimony metal in Zhazixi Antimony Mine is about 100,000 MMT and the avaliable reserves of tungsten metal is about 30,000 MMT.
