At Kilo the planning of sales/distribution projects is detailed and thorough in advance. We carefully examine existing sales and identify the market concerned, we then research each market and establish sales potential. Working in total transparency with the producer we will develop sales aiming to achieve pre agreed sales targets and budgets. Each project is conducted within a specific time frame and at the end date, an assessment is made of performance and future actions.
Each project development involves the dedicated effort of all members of staff working as a team with the emphasis being on developing long term stable relationships with suppliers and customers alike. To each project we will bring enthusiasm and effort together with a conscientious commitment to achieve the joint goals of both the manufacturer and the distributor.

Kilo Ltd was established in October 2003 and employs 6 dedicated individuals each having a wealth of experience within the UK Chemical Distribution Industry.
The primary aim of the business is to offer an efficient friendly professional service consistently delivering goods of the highest quality on time and administered correctly. Each employee is dedicated to offering standards of services and quality above that generally available throughout the distribution industry in the belief that customers appreciate and value such high standards.
Raw materials are carefully selected for quality, ongoing availability and general professional presentation. Where possible, materials are delivered from stock and great care is taken to make sure that each delivery arrives on time and presented the way we expect to receive goods. Occasionally when problems occur beyond our control (and they do) customers are notified immediately and honestly.
Our very high standards of service create an efficient business environment with the emphasis being on getting it right first time round? this attitude avoids costly duplications allowing us to be commercially competitive to our customers. Good service is a right not a privilege.
