GHRP-6 causes stimulation of the anterior pituitary gland which ultimately causes an increase in GH release. Since GHRP-6 acts directly on the feedback loop which signals the inhibition of GH release, when natural GH secretion has been inhibited by long term synthetic use, GHRP-6 can be used to re-stimulate the natural production of GH. GHRP-6 also affects the central nervous system, by protecting neurons as well as increasing strength in a way very similar to the way certain steroids in the Dihydrotestosterone family do.
GHRP-6 : What is it and what does it do?
GHRP-6 lacks opioid activity, but you get a huge pulse, (dose dependent) in your own GH levels, and you get the effects of the increased IGF-1 secreted by the liver. Now both the increased GH and IGF-1 are highly desirable for athletes, bodybuilders and those looking to improve their own physique.
Now, you may have heard many bodybuilders saying that when you take GHRP-6 that they get a huge and very intense increase in appetite, about 20 mins after the initial injection. Well, this is caused by the GHRP-6 antagonising the peptide Ghrelin, it mimics it, but, in reality, it actually fights against it causing the signal for gastric emptying and hunger. Ghrelin is what many believes causes obesity, and insulin resistance amongst other things, and I believe this is one way by which GHRP-6 may help reduce fat, by fighting against it. However, there is always a but, if you take more than 150mcg the effects of the gastric emptying can be so strong that you may have the urge to severely stuff yourself with food, so if you’re on a bulking cycle this is a great side effect, and, considering the price, it’s a very cost-effective one. Therefore, during a bulking run, I rate this as the number one aid in increasing appetite, as you also get very a good anabolic effect and increased strength.
Other benefits.
In one study, it was shown that GHRP-6 has a protective effect on the liver that seems to be mediated by IGF-I, TNF-alpha, and nitric oxide. Data also suggest that the anti-inflammatory effect of GHRP-6 in the liver is exerted on nonparenchymal cells, so, again, for pct this may prove an invaluable asset.
As for peptides, in general, they are fairly new as compared to other anabolics, but they are far better, and have way more potential during cycles and PCT, just how much remains to be seen.
Just remember not to eat carbs or fats 50 mins before and after a dose of GHRP-6 so as not to interfere with the GH pulse it will cause. In addition, 250mcg 3 times a day is the best dose I found to avoid overly mimicking ghrelin and still cause a large amount of muscle gain, tissue repair and fat loss.
As a peptide GHRP-6 is one of the easiest and most affective to use. A daily dose of just 300mcg split up into 3 doses will see a marked improvement in skin tone within 3 weeks; in addition, as an Anti-aging peptide GHRP-6 tops my list of all the injectable GHRP-s.

Oxytocin: What is it and what does it do?
What is oxytocin, and what does it do?
Oxytocin is a hormone that is made in the brain, in the hypothalamus. It is transported to, and secreted by, the pituitary gland, which is located at the base of the brain.1
In chemistry, oxytocin is classed as a nonapeptide (a peptide containing nine amino acids), while its biological classification is as a neuropeptide. It acts both as a hormone and as a brain neurotransmitter.
The release of oxytocin by the pituitary gland acts to regulate two female reproductive functions:1,2
Childbirth
Breast-feeding.
The release of the hormone during labor increases uterine motility, making the muscles of the uterus (womb) contract. The release of oxytocin is triggered by the widening of the cervix and vagina during labor, and this effect is in turn increased by the subsequent contractions.
The main role of oxytocin is summed up nicely in a research paper by obstetric and gynecology specialists Navneet Magon and Sanjay Kalra.
Other researchers sum up the reproductive importance of oxytocin by saying it "serves the continued propagation of a species," adding that through evolution its "repertoire has expanded to maintain a central role in more complicated aspects of reproductive behavior. For these reasons, we call oxytocin the great facilitator of life.

Oxytocin's effects on emotion
Oxytocin released into the bloodstream affects the uterus and lactation, but its release into defined regions of the brain also affects emotional, cognitive, and social behaviors.
One review of the evidence says oxytocin "has attracted intense attention" after the discovery of its "amazing variety of behavioral functions.
The review, by Inga Neumann, states that oxytocin's impact on "pro-social behaviors" and emotional responses contributes to:

However, another review notes that the hormone does not act alone in the chemistry of love, but is "just one important component of a complex neurochemical system that allows the body to adapt to highly emotive situations.
Another review has also sounded caution, calling for research to look more to the general effects than to the specific effects of oxytocin that are being interpreted.
"After all, it is rather unlikely that any widely acting hormone or neurotransmitter will be narrowly funneled to modulate complex, high-order mental processes that are specific to social cognition," say the authors of a 2013 paper.8
Scientific research has nonetheless uncovered brain oxytocin's specific ability to modulate social behavior, including effects on motherly care and aggression, bonding between couples, sexual behavior, social memory, and trust.
Brain oxytocin also reduces stress responses, including anxiety - and these anxiolytic effects have been demonstrated in a number of species.6,8
One of the so-called 'love hormone' studies was published in 2012, and it examined oxytocin levels in new lovers versus those in single people. It found that there were high levels of the hormone in the first stages of romantic attachment, and that these were sustained for six months.

BPC 157 has a strong anti-inflammatory activity in both acute and chronic inflammation models. In fact, preliminary results in clinical trials suggest that BPC 157 may become an important therapeutic tool for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. BPC 157 was shown to accelerate wound healing and to have a marked angiogenic effect. In addition, it significantly facilitates the healing of bone fracture in rats. This peptide also exhibits an osteogenic effect significantly improving the healing of segmental bone defect. BPC 157 accelerates the healing of transected rat Achilles tendon and transected rat quadriceps muscle.
Abstract
Pentadecapeptide BPC 157, composed of 15 amino acids, is a partial sequence of body protection compound (BPC) that is discovered in and isolated from human gastric juice. Experimentally it has been demonstrated to accelerate the healing of many different wounds, including transected rat Achilles tendon. This study was designed to investigate the potential mechanism of BPC 157 to enhance healing of injured tendon. The outgrowth of tendon fibroblasts from tendon explants cultured with or without BPC 157 was examined. Results showed that BPC 157 significantly accelerated the outgrowth of tendon explants. Cell proliferation of cultured tendon fibroblasts derived from rat Achilles tendon was not directly affected by BPC 157 as evaluated by MTT assay. However, the survival of BPC 157-treated cells was significantly increased under the H2O2 stress. BPC 157 markedly increased the in vitro migration of tendon fibroblasts in a dose-dependent manner as revealed by transwell filter migration assay. BPC 157 also dose dependently accelerated the spreading of tendon fibroblasts on culture dishes. The F-actin formation as detected by FITC-phalloidin staining was induced in BPC 157-treated fibroblasts. The protein expression and activation of FAK and paxillin were determined by Western blot analysis, and the phosphorylation levels of both FAK and paxillin were dose dependently increased by BPC 157 while the total amounts of protein was unaltered. In conclusion, BPC 157 promotes the ex vivo outgrowth of tendon fibroblasts from tendon explants, cell survival under stress, and the in vitro migration of tendon fibroblasts, which is likely mediated by the activation of the FAK-paxillin pathway.
