[항목소개] Ⅰ、Brief Description
PLATIVE VAP2010S (VAP2010W) Protective Paint is specialized applied to vacuum plating, 300 ℃ high temperature capability, corrosion resistance, good adhesion, and fast-drying, peeling easy.
Ⅱ、Operational Guidance
First, to clean and dry the surface, no oil slicks, no dust. Second, to paint the surface where prevent from plating or pickling next (The corresponding additives can be used to dilute the product, SR6 for VAP2010S, SW6 for VAP2010W); painting by screen printing, pad printing, scratch, dipping, or spraying. Then air dry in 30 minutes, or forced dry at 80OC in 10 minutes. After plating, to clean the coating with the corresponding removers, or manual peel off.
Ⅲ、Annotation
Considering the painting method, please dilute the product to appropriate viscosity before use; please use the corresponding thinners, or else it could lead to paint deterioration; during operation, please keep the environment ventilation to prevent inhalation.

ALARATE (ALATHER) BN series inks, which prepared with the excellent hydrophobic resin, high quality pigments and fillers, and so on, are of excellent adhesion and good covering powder. The film is of excellent flexibility and is anti-tensile, washable, foldable, etc.
Ⅱ、Recommended Application
◆ Recommended substrate: PA(Polyamide Fiber), PU, PET, PVC, Touch Rubber, etc.
◆ Recommended for: Leather, waterproof nylon, canvas, Oxford cloth, ribbon, mark, stickers, cards, Plastic articles with touch rubber coating, etc.
Ⅲ、Proposed Operation
Prepare: To clean the surface with ALATIVE SC7 treater and make sure non-dust, non-impurity. To dilute the ink with 3-20% ALATIVE SR6 thinner and then is ready(In order to regulate the drying rate of ink ,please make use of ALATIVE RR6 dry retarder or ALATIVE SF3 dry accelerant). In order to improve the adhesion and hardness of the film effectively, please add 10-15% (to total) ALATIVE SA5 activator.
Mesh count: 70T to 180T
Drying: Air dry in 15 to 30 minutes , or forced dry at 60 OC in about 10 minutes (without activator).
Air dry in 12-15 hours, or forced dry at 80 OC in about 30 minutes (activator added).
Cleaning: To remove the stain and bad print with ALATIVE SC6 remover, and to clear the screen plate with ALATIVE CC6 cleaner.
Ⅳ、Color & Packaging
Color: More than 20 kinds of colors for selection and with professional mixed-color service.
Packaging: 1kg/can, 5kg/barrel, 20kg/barrel

ALABINE SVB series inks, which prepared with special mixed-resin, extra fine fillers and pigments, and so on, are not only feeling fine and smooth, but also of good leveling and printability. The after-treatment on the presswork is feasible, such as punching, drilling, cutting, etc. The film is alcohol resistant, chemical resistant and sterilization resistant.
Ⅱ、Recommended Application
◆Recommended substrate: Harden PC, harden PMMA, the surface of UV coating, electroplating layer, metallic material, stone, marble, glass, etc.
◆ Recommended for: Windows screens, the phone keypad, the phone shell, etc.
Ⅲ、Proposed Operation
Prepare: To clean the surface with ALATIVE SC5 treater and make sure non-dust, non-grease. To dilute the Ink with 3-20% ALATIVE SR6 thinner(In order to regulate the drying rate of ink ,please make use of ALATIVE RR6 dry retarder or ALATIVE SF3 dry accelerant). Mix the ink with the ALATIVE SA5 (10-15%, to total) activator completely and then is ready.
