[항목소개] DHY disc centrifuge separators are mainly used for liquid-liquid-solid separation. This machine has strong separation ability; its separation factor is 10300. It can be operated manually, automatically and remotely. It is simple in structure and easy in maintenance.
The bowl rotates at a high speed round the main axis driven by a motor through hydraulic coupling and screw gear pair . Suspension liquid flows from the upper feeding pipe into the bottom of the bowl and be separated through holes of disc seat. Under the action of centrifugal force, the heavy liquid flows along the inner wall of discs to the inner wall of the bowl and flowing up along them, it will be discharged by the heavy liquid pump though the heavy liquid outlet. The light liquid flows along the inner wall of discs into center pipe will be discharged by the light liquid pump through the light liquid outlet. The larger solid phase particles left will be sedimentated on the bowl's wall and then be discharged out through the solid sludge outlet controlled by the sliding bowl. |

This machine has strong separation capability, and the separation factor is 9250. It can be operated manually,automatically and remotely. It is simple in structure and easy in maintenance.
The bowl is driven by the motor through the friction clutch and screw gear pair and rotate at high speed around the main shaft.Stock liquid flows from the center charging inlet on the top of separator to the bottom through the charging pipe and then passes through disc seats to the space of the bowl.The bigger gravity solid phase particles in the stock liquid is settled down to the bowl's wall under the action of the centrifugal force and drained out from the residue under the control of the side bowl,the liquid phase is fully settled down to the center along the discs and drained out by the centripetal pump. |

[항목소개] GF Tubular Bowl Centrifuge is used for separating various emulsions which are difficult to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation for the two liquids with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation for a mixture consists of two immiscible liquids that may contain fine suspended solids in small quantities.
It is a high-speed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The suspension is fed through the bottom, the bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal forceand the centrifugal force separates the suspension into liquids and solid.
The lighter liquid and the heavier liquid drain out from their respective liquid outlets on the top of the separator.At the same time the solids are deposited on the bowl's wall. When the bowl full accumulated with solids, there will be no liquid comes out, the machine shall be power off. After the machine completely stopped, dismantle the bowl from the machine and clean the accumulated solids manually from the bowl with special tools supplied together with the separator.
The parts contact with the material is made of stainless steel. The machine body is iron casted which can be covered with stainless steel or painted according to the material to requirement of the customer.
