[항목소개] GF Tubular Bowl Centrifuge is used for separating various emulsions which are difficult to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separationfor the two liquids with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation for a mixture consists of two immiscible liquids that may contain fine suspended solidsin small quantities.
It is a high-speed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The suspension is fed through the bottom, the bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal forceand the centrifugal force separates the suspension into liquids and solid.
The lighter liquid and the heavier liquid drain out from theirrespective liquid outlets on the top of the separator.At the same time the solids are deposited on the bowl's wall. When the bowl full accumulated with solids, there will be no liquid comes out, the machine shall be power off. After the machine completely stopped, dismantle the bowl from the machine and clean the accumulated solids manually from the bowl with special tools supplied together with the separator.
The parts contact with the material is made of stainless steel. The machine body is iron casted which can be covered with stainless steel or painted according to the material to requirement of the customer.
The main applications of the tubular centrifuge separatorfor oil separation are:
Vegetable oil:Coconut oil, olive oil, colza oil, mint oil, sea buckthorn oil,seabuckthorn oil,lemon oil, cotton seed oil, core oil, palm oil, avocado oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, rice oil, sesame oil, safflower oil, waste cook oils.
Animal oil: Fish oil and other animal oil.
Mineral oil: Fuel oil, diesel oil, lubrication oil, transformer oil and waste oils. |

[항목소개] DHC Disc Stack Centrifuges is mainly used for liquid-solid separation for the material with solids content between 1% ~10% and the diameter of solid particles is bigger than 0.5μm. This machine has strong separation capability, and the separation factor is 9250. It can be operated manually,automatically and remotely. It is simple in structure and easy in maintenance.
The bowl is driven by the motor through the friction clutch and screw gear pair and rotate at high speed around the mainshaft.Stock liquid flows from the center charging inlet on the top of separator to the bottom through the charging pipe and then passes through disc seats to the space of the bowl.The bigger gravity solid phase particles in the stock liquid is settled down to the bowl's wall under the action of the centrifugal force and drained out from the residue under the control of the side bowl,the liquid phase is fully settled down to the center along the discs and drained out by the centripetal pump.
Beverage: Wine, tea, coffee and beer.
Juices: Vegetable juices, various kinds of fruit juices
Vegetable oil: Coconut oil, colza oil, cotton seed oil, corn oil, palm oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, rice oil, sesame oil, safflower oil,
