OL-840/850 Water-glycol Fire-

II. Introduction of Water-glycol
Fire-resistant Fluid (HFC)
With so many advantages such as
good performance, high viscosity
index, safe for use and long life-
span, the Lubricating oil is
applied to hydraulic systems in
all kinds of equipment, such as
steel-making, iron-making, die-
casting, continuous casting, hot-
rolling, coal mines, processing
of glassworks and excavators,
which often approach to heat
source and may have fire risk.
Water-glycol fire-resistant fluid
is made up of addition agents
such as glycol, high molecular
weight polymer, water soluble,
distilled water, off-ion water
and abrasion-resistant, rust-
resistant, forth breakage. So it
has excellent anti-burning
performance, low-freezing,
lubricating property, forth
breaking, rust resistance and
stability, which assures that
products can be applied to
hydraulic systems. It has a nice
anti-burning performance when
approaching fire sources,
electric sources and high
temperature and high pressure,
and has a good performance of
anti-freezing and low-temperature
flowability. So it is obviously
better than mineral hydraulic oil
in anti-burning, low-freezing and
working life.
III. SPECIAL FEATURES OF OUR
PRODUCT
1. With excellent anti-burning
performance, it will not burn
until 800 degrees centigrade,
with a tolerance of 50 degrees
centigrade.
2. With good performances of low-
freezing and low-temperature
flowability, it will not freeze
until minus 50 degrees centigrade.
