mainly produces the High-powered
engine camshaft and car camshaft.
The Camshaft Plant has four wedge
rolling production lines. We have
imported the resin sand chilled
cast iron production line from a
South Seiko Co., Ltd. of Japan.
The total annual production
capacity is 1.5 million sets of
the camshafts. The main machining
and testing equipment are
imported from Germany and
America. The car camshaft are
produced by the Japanese Komatsu
ADCOLE full Flexible Machining
CNC production lines and testing
equipment. The precision of the X
CNC axis and the Y CNC axis can
reach to 0.0001, and the
precision of the C axis can reach
to 360/1000000, which is of the
first-class production line of
the engine camshaft domestic. It
is completely conducive for the
promotion of engine emissions to
get up to the standards EUROⅢ or
EUROⅣ.
We also establish the strategic
cooperative relations with the
well-known domestic enterprises,
such as WEICHAI POWER, DACHAI,
YUCHAI, HAIMA, CHERY, CHANA,
GEELY, BRILLIANCE AUTO and so on.
