Additional_detail: The Belt conveyer consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. Our Belt conveyer equipment is adaptable for stationary and mobile crushing plants. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyers or combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyer can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines. The belt conveyers produced by SJLC can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from minus twenty degrees centigrade to centigrade forty. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyer should be lower than fifty centigrate. The types of the belt conveyers produced by SJLC are as follows: 1. Devided by Driving Method: a. STD-Mechanical Drive It's driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with outdoor motor ) and chain-drive mechanism. b. STDJ II Mechanical Drive Series . It adopts upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanize. c. STD-Electric Rotor Drive Series It's driven by electric rotor. 2. Divided by Installation Methods a. Fixed Series It's directly installed on foundation. b. SDY-Portable Series It's equipped with type for moving and slope adjusting capability, It can be Easily, it can be reely moved and adjusted by different transfer requirements 3. Divided by Structures: The belt conveyers produced by SJLC have three different structures. a. U-steel b. Frame c. Truss NOTE: There are two kinds of conveyers, one equipped with repairing walkway while the other without. When ordering the machine, the customers should give us clear instruction.
