Synthetic Slag
Synthetic slag is made of
excellent bauxite and Limestone
as raw materials which is
calcined by special kiln. It can
be added into the liquid steel
stream during tapping of electric
arc furnace. The slagging is
formed rapidly by flushing and
mixing with liquid steel and
preliminary desulphurizing can be
made by utilizing the good
dynamics conditions. Synthetic
slag can be also dded on the top
of liquid steel level to form
slag for desulphurization with
the features of quickly slag-
forming and high rate of
desulphurization. This product
has been exported to South-East
Asian and Europe.
