¿Ü°ü: Yellow gray or light green powder or granules.
°¨°¢±â: Slightly caramel-like odor.
¿ëÇصµ: It is easily soluble in water (10% in warm water), but almost insoluble in ethanol.
Character: High bioavailability, good solubility, slight iron smell and no astringency flavor.
Stability: May be light-sensitive - store in the dark.
¿ëµµ: Ferrous gluconate is effectively used in the treatment of hypochromic anemia. The use of this compound compared with other iron preparations results in satisfactory reticulocyte responses, a high percentage utilization of iron, and daily increase in hemoglobin that a normal level occurs in a reasonably short time. Ferrous gluconate is also used as a food additive when processing black olives. It imparts a uniform jet black color to the olives.
Ç¥ÁØ: It conforms to the requirement of FCC IV, USP24, and BP98
