CAS NO: 129-00-0 Quantity: 30Metric Tons
Additional_detail: The appearance properties are colorless and prismatic crystals (impurities are yellow).
Appearance and traits light yellow monoclinic crystals. Insoluble in water, easily soluble in diethyl ether, carbon disulfide, benzene and toluene. Pyrene was oxidized with potassium dichromate, acetic acid or chromic acid (H2CrO4) and acetic acid to obtain pyrene-1.6-awakening. The electrophilic substitution reaction occurs at position 1, such as nitration, chlorination, and formylation.
Solubility is insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, etc.
